Browse through our collection of gorgeous dresses (don't forget to to read the description which will tell when the dress is not available for booking - up to 4 months ahead) and select colour, size and booking type (try-on or rent). Once this is done, you will get a red note telling you how many items we have in stock (which means the dress you want is available). Tell us your event date and then add the dress to cart and proceed to payment.
You can also contact us to check when the garment is next available and we can help you prebook. If you are unsure of availability, contact us. Dress rental made easy!
Wear
You will receive your outfit 1-4 days prior to your event date.
Providing a great experience and ensuring that all our clients receive their garments in the best condition at each order, we will request your credit card information which we will use to cover any damage or loss (refer to Ts & Cs). Not to worry though, you will not be charged until the dress has been assessed after you return it. Read our Privacy Policy for more info.

Return
Enclosed in our sustainable packaging, you will also find a pre-paid and pre-filled return satchel. Pop the garment in the return satchel and post it at your nearest Australia Post Office. All hires should be returned the following business day after your event before 5PM. Additional charges will be incurred for late, damaged or unreturned garments.
PS: Don't worry about cleaning the garment, we'll take care of that.
